By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

We may modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform means that you accept and agree to the modified terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You are not barred from using the Platform under applicable law;

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Account Types

• Candidate Account: For job seekers looking for employment opportunities.
• Employer Account: For employers and HR professionals posting jobs and managing hiring.
• Organization Account: For companies managing multiple employer accounts.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account;
• Ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session.

We recommend using passkeys or other strong authentication methods to secure your account.

Your Content

When you submit content to our Platform (including resumes, job postings, profiles, messages, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with the services we provide to you and other users.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you post on the Platform. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary rights to the content you post;
• Your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party;
• Your content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations;
• Your content is accurate and not misleading.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason, without prior notice.

You agree not to:

• Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful content;
• Discriminate against or harass anyone based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
• Distribute viruses, worms, or other malicious code;
• Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform.

Our Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AptInova and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

Trademarks

"AptInova" and all related logos, product and service names, and designs are trademarks of AptInova or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans for different users. Details of the features included in each plan and current pricing are available on our website.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through our third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your subscription or purchase.

Recurring Billing

For subscription services, you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on your subscription cycle (monthly, annually, etc.). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

Refunds

Our refund policy is detailed on our website. Generally, subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on our Platform or by contacting our customer support team.

Termination by Us

Effect of Termination

Arbitration

Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
